Father’s Day isn’t about more stuff. It’s about time well spent.

Our Father’s Day Barista Course is a hands-on coffee experience designed for dads who love great coffee — or want to understand it properly. Hosted at the St Martins roastery, this session strips coffee back to its essentials and builds real skill, confidence, and understanding from the ground up.

Across the course, Dad will learn how coffee really works — from dialing in espresso and understanding grind size, to milk texturing, extraction, and the small details that separate a decent cup from a great one. It’s practical, relaxed, and led by people who roast, brew, and live coffee every day.

This is a shared, small-group session with plenty of time to ask questions, get hands-on, and actually make coffee — not just watch someone else do it.
