Shipping & Returns Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to mainland UK using DHL as our trusted courier partners. If you’re ordering from outside the mainland UK, drop us a message — international shipping is possible on some products but depends on customs rules and carrier availability.
Processing times
We roast fresh throughout the week. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon-Fri). During busy periods (Christmas, product launches etc), dispatch times may extend slightly — but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within 1 working day. Courier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, contact us and we’ll investigate the matter further. We will provide a tracking number on your order so you can track the delivery yourself.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and can vary, but are predominantly a set delivery fee of £3.60. Free shipping runs on all orders over £30.
Missing or damaged orders
Things can go wrong during transit. In this rare case, If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all:

Either a replacement product or another suitable solution will be created.
Returns & Refunds
Because coffee is a fresh, consumable product, we can’t accept returns unless:

The product arrives damaged

The incorrect product was sent

There is a quality issue that clearly shouldn’t be there
If this happens, contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll put it right. We may request photos or batch information to help us identify the issue.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned:

Freshly roasted coffee

Opened consumables

Gift cards

Digital products

Barista course bookings (once within the 24hrs minimum cancellation period)
Barista Courses – cancellations & rescheduling
If you’ve booked a barista course:

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session can be rescheduled at no cost.

Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, as staff and resources have already been allocated.

If you purchased a gifted course voucher, it can be redeemed at any available timeslot unless otherwise stated.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong item, we’ll replace it.
If you ordered the wrong item yourself, drop us a message — we’ll try to help, but exchanges aren’t guaranteed once items have left the roastery.
