Sourced from the Marawaka Valley in Papua New Guinea, this coffee reflects the heritage of this coffee's founder, Jordan, whose family roots trace back to this remote and remarkable region. It’s a coffee that connects land, people, and story — bringing something truly meaningful into the cup.
Grown at high altitude in the Eastern Highlands, Marawaka is a place defined by its isolation. Surrounded by dense rainforest and steep mountain terrain, coffee here is cultivated by smallholder families in small garden plots, often alongside subsistence crops. Harvest is done by hand, with ripe cherries carefully selected before being washed in fresh mountain water and dried slowly.
This traditional approach, shaped by generations, produces a coffee with clarity, depth, and a sense of place that’s hard to replicate.
In the cup, expect a vibrant and layered profile — bright fruit notes balanced with natural sweetness and a smooth, rounded finish.
